Our next monthly scheduled FARC meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2012, starting at 7 pm. Newcomers and visitors are welcome!

This month's program will be presented by Dave Granoff, K3AS, and will discuss 2 meter FM packet communications that are made between earth stations using the digipeater on board the ISS (International Space Station).

Discussion with a colorful slide presentation will focus on ground station configurations, basic satellite parameters, tracking methods, and operating protocol.

Meeting Location:

The Oswego County Building, 200 North Second Street (Route 481), across from Mimi's Restaurant, in Fulton. Lower level.

General Club Meeting:

4th Wednesday of each month. Board meeting begins at 7pm with the general meeting immediately following.
